Keep in mind these crashes only happened after today's update, So it's probably just that.
Ah okay, good to know it's not just me. I am on a new GPU so maybe drivers aren't that well implemented yet. Hope the game won't crash when I'll be playing later today - a frameratelimit might help, so I'll tinker with that if it happens.
I played a bit stock now (9070 xt Gigabyte OC) and it has been fine (fps limit set to 165)
The game is the issue, whether is DRM stuff, or their horrible optimization.
Save yourself the trouble of finding a "fix". The only fix required is on capcoms end
I also made sure to really have a clean driver install: amd cleanup, DDU, also used MPOGPUFIX (https://github.com/RedDot-3ND7355/MPO-GPU-FIX) after everything was installed and of course I completely deleted my MH wilds shadercache so it could be built again from scratch (also clean MH wilds install, reframework, a little reshade and the dll fix).

"Game crashes when undervolted"
The answer:
Your card is getting pushed more now and your undervolt is unstable. Simple as that, if the game crashes without undervolt that is a different story, but if its caused by undervolt you just go unlucky in silicon lottery and nothing else.
Also undervolt can become unstable overtime as the card gets older with actual wear on silicon. Its not substantial but can happen to any device and I had this with a CPU where I could undervolt it for like 2-3 years with no issues and one day it just started bsod when under load. Had to bring it back to stock and it was fine afterwards.
