S3087-0-0 Error

Since game release I've been getting these errors when I try to connect to my friends. It doesn't matter what country they're in, it doesn't matter if it's over crossplay or not, I get this error about 95% of my connection attempts. Now, they can connect to ME just fine, but I can't connect to them. Link party, private lobbies, SOS or flat quest joines, doesn't matter.

I've read that turning off Crossplay helps but they're all in squads that have crossplay enabled, making this not really an option. Is there any OTHER option or any fixes for the matchmaking en route?
