i just lost my saved date anyone know how get back or am i screwed

Have you manually backed up your save file ? If yes, then you are good but if not, then sadly no. I learned from past experiences, to disable cloud save with larger projects or games i always come back to, to avoid it.

Go to your Steam Library -> MH Wilds -> Properties -> Installed Files -> a folder open up
where your game is installed

-> in the same folder there is up a folder path -> click on Steam _ from there scroll down until you find "Userdata".

Click on your steam ID folder -> and look for a folder "2246340" this is your MH Wilds folder.

Disable Auto Cloud Save, which you also can find in MH Wilds Properties.

Start a new character if you lost your save. Quit the game. Copy the "2246340" into your destkop for example.

After every game session, you should copy the folder from the path above where your main save is located to your back up folder. You just the entire 2246340 folder to that location.

Such cases are really ♥♥♥♥, but at least we can learn from it, to do better next time.
