How the hell is it cheating ? Some people find data interesting. I dont have the mod but I might look into it now 😁
That said, it has no business being in Monster Hunter. This is not an MMO, having big numbers does not matter. What matters is killing the monster.
It was Evoker's Augmentation spec. It did it's DPS through buffing the party and providing defensive spells that blew up when struck. It was funny because AugVokers were getting kicked out of parties constantly by Tanks who didn't realize they were responsible for 40% of the entire Party's damage. Blizzard had to change the way damage was calculated in the API so DPS meters could properly credit AugVokers and it didn't even do a good job of it lmao
It does provide an advantage over other players, this is literally what it does.
It show the monsters hp from the damage meter which if the developer wanted you to see they would have put it in the game. So thereforth, damage meters are cheating.
bro this is irrelevant, the game shows u the monsters state too, u can see if its close to dying. dps chart and meter is mostly a benchmark for urself and comparing builds. it doesnt change anything really.
if ure not stupid u read the skills and make a good build and then hunts are short af anyways. its not like u need some kinda advantage to be successful in this game, its really not that deep. so if u like numbers then u can use the dps meter.
i turn off ingame dmg numbers and just look at mt dmg chart if i wanna know something.
People ask "how is this an advantage", I point out AN advantage, doesn't matter if it's the most minor advantage to exist.
