Chainsaw weapon? Convince me I'm not crazy

I was on a group hunt earlier and saw someone with a weapon that had a chainsaw attack> it wasn't charge blade using savage axe, it looks like a Switch Axe, I could have sworn they did an elemental discharge or some other attack and the saw teeth on the blade were spinning around giving the visual effect of cutting into the monster as they did so.

I've hunted every monster and looking at the Switch Axe crafting page, I can't see any weapon that quite fits the bill for what I saw. Visually, the closest thing is the Uth Duna gunlance, but that doesn't have any attacks that make the blade whir like a saw...does it?

Convince me I'm not crazy. I know what I saw!

The artian switch axe (im currently using one) looks identical to what you're describing. It specifically has a chainblade circle bit at the end in axe form and the whole thing becomes a chainsaw in sword mode.
