This game is going to die faster than any monster hunter game before

I beat the highest level tempered monster that exists in this game and i did it by myself without upgrading my equipment. This game is so easy you don't need to upgrade anything or learn how anything works to beat all of the monsters. This removes the point of grinding to upgrade and needing to learn combat, which is the entire point of a monster hunter game. This game is very well made and very fun, but people are going to bounce off of it faster than any monster game before. I really hope they add more challenging content. I understand making the main campaign easy and accessible for new players, but the lack of challenge in in the end-game is just a design mistake.

this game just came out one week ago. of course they're going to add more content, and it's probably going to be more challenging than what we currently have.

for real though why are you playing MH games for the difficulty. that has never been the point

go play Super Mario World kaizo if you want something difficult. AAA gaming wouldn't function if they made their games wildly difficult and inaccessible to the largest majority of players

I am playing MH for the gameplay loop.

"Difficulty" is one of many reasons to keep the gameplay interesting.

I mean. Okay? We're still in base game. There are a whole TWO event quests, so far. It's not like World launched with arch tempered Xeno, it came almost a full year after.

Gotta love the iPad generation getting upset about the lack of instant gratification. Game has been out for less than two weeks lol

Unfinished slop. Maybe the launch numbers were good but now they have a mixed review score to deal with for a very long time. Less people will be inclined to buy a mixed game, me included.

The game is considerably easier than Worlds or Rise were at launch.

If you're not enjoying it for whatever reason you may have (despite simultaneously saying the game is "very fun" while also saying it's "too easy" ???), then the solution for you is simple. Stop playing it. Go back to playing MH4U or Generations or whatever game people are using as the 'good ol' days' basis now.
