i am not sure if it is not working as intended. It depends on the settings and hardware after all. I do not have such issues, but the feature exists to reduce the overall load on the gaming platform, so it makes sense to have it.
So you get things like this.
And that's with a proper system with working DirectStorage and a 16GB-Vram card without using the texture DLC.

The rest comes down to an engine that just feels like it perhaps wasn't really made for a game like this.
Huh. I would question the render distance. So it takes much longer for AMD to load it?
And this is on a pretty darn good NVME not a cheap one with a GPU with 16GB_VRAM not using the High texture DLC as well it's something wrong with the game and this issue didn't exist in the beta or the benchmark.
feels like the environment has very low priority in rendering and quality overall
