Depends really on how you play it. Some always go for affinity and such, but I am convinced it should fit your playstyle, rather than you forcing yourself a stranger's playstyle.
Yeah but IDK whats good. Like armor jewels for example. Should I go for guard, guard up, offensive guard? Im sure some of these arent really good for lance while others are amazing for lance.
Like I had some people tell me the extra evade distance is great for hopping around and it really does make a nice difference! So Im looking for more advice like that!
I could add the suggestion stamina decos. I do not recall the names in English, but there are those which are really helpful when using the ultimate block, and some which also works well together with the evade extension.
Guard, Guard Up, Offensive Guard, is entirely up to you again.
I love Guard Up which allows me to block attacks which cannot be blocked normally. That way you can survive the most horrible attacks if you cannot move away fast enough.
Guard I do not like that much, as most def you already get from the strongest shield ingame, while Offensive Guard can be nice for obvious reason. I just see it better with e.g. SnS but that is another story.
So yeah, mostly I would go for stamina, extra sharpness so it lasts longer and that what lets you jump a tad farther.
For armor it's G.Arkveld Head, Arkveld Body, G.Arkveld Gloves, G.Arkveld waist, G.Arkveld foot,flayer talisman. for skills i got like partbreaker 3, flayer 5, weak exploit 5, dragon resist 3, flinch free 1, evade extender 1, divine protection 1.
Im using artian dragon longsword as secondary so i can just switch weapon if i want to go full DPS without switching armor.
Offensive guard isn't a bad choice at all but you're going to need to work on your timing. That being said it seems far more forgiving in Wilds than it was in World but that might be placebo for me I'm not sure. You can even trigger it with roars if you weren't aware. If you'll pay attention when you're blocking to when you see your character react during their attack animation, then learn to block slightly before that point the next time you see it, you'll consistently perfect guard the hits over and over again.

Flinch Free 1/Shockproof if you play multiplayer, lance has barely any innate ways to avoid being flinched otherwise

Max might might seem odd, but the way it works in this game, we don't lose it when spending small enough amount of stamina, and perfect blocking doesn't cost enough to turn it off usually. Other affinity skills could be better in theory but they are too inefficent or compete with better skills
As far as your lance goes, it should always have all 3 points of Offensive Guard slotted in along with Razor Sharp 3, and the weapon of choice unfortunately are Artian lances of every element. the best awakens are 4 element boost and 1 sharpness. your 3rd and final size 3 jewel in these goes to element 3
If you have perfect decos for weapon, you run combination jewels of Offensive Guard/<Element>, Razor Sharp/<Element> and Crit Element/<Element>
For weapons you're always looking for the Artian stuff because these are best. I'm not sure what the most efficient armor pieces are but Gore Magala, Fulgur Anja and Arkvulcan chest look incredibly efficient.
Some of them I really like, some aren't for me (don't really feel Magala armor)
I don't really use status lances, because you don't really need to paralyze monsters and blast and poison are still useless.
Either grind for elemental lances (Rathalos/Dau/Hirabami/Balahara/Odogaron are mine) or make Arkveld or Artian lance and aim for high raw, because there is plenty of skills that help with affinity.
I never used maximum might before, but it is amazing in wilds. On level 3 it's like lvl5 in World, almost instant +30 affinity. And if you use two pieces of Anjanat armor you get extra bit of stamina, which is enough for a couple of hops or a small dash. And you don't need evade extender either, that's for gunlance.

Also room for a lot of small decos, we also got Ambush, Handicraft, Constitution, Divine Blessing, Recovery speed and Shockproof.
And Magala mantle, it is insane.
There is a lot of room for customization, but just know that you better aim for Fulgur, Jin and Arkveld armors, because they are in every lance build
100% get earplugs to at least tier 2 it is life changing when a roar does nothing to you and everyones cowering and your still smacking/building gauge!
For me i play a lot with Guard, Guard up ( So you can just block roarings and dont need to use Earplugs) The arkveld armor for consistent healing while attacking. also the faster recovery time from red health damage is nice with the lance.
Also evade distance is nice so you can dodge further with the lance.
Sure you can go full attack, but i like to block almost everything and heal chip damage while attacking consistently.
