No Transmog?
So you can't change the appearance of one armour into that of another? Only the premium stuff?

you can. you unlock the armor sets as transmog as soon as you craft them as their high rank version later in game.

You can, yes. Once high rank is unlocked.

You can, any HR armor you craft automatically becomes a layered armor.

You can use any HR armor you make into layered armor. You just go to the Equipment Appearance option in the tent to do it.
