Failed Main Mission and now it tells me to "Redo Assignment"?
Literally says to "Re-Do" the assignment but the mission no longer appears when I check for missions. Anyone experience this? Am I soft locked?

Go to handler (girl with quests), post a quest, she has tab "Assignments" there. Just take quest you failed and do it again.
If it's not there then it's a bug.

You are the first person to fail an assignment, that's a pretty big achievement.
