clearly continuing to have a skill issue
It's good more people are discovering the franchise just a shame it seems to have been diluted down. I understood LR been easy but was hoping for more of a difficulty curve in HR.
I'm coaching a friend into MH World and I'm willing to bet money that he would have carted to some LR monsters if we chose to start with Wilds instead.
High rank has also been roughly the same though out the entire series. People will deny it, but it is true. G Rank has actually been getting harder with each new title as well.
1. Keep attacking the monster, once you hit a certain threshold, the icon will turn blue and not only will you take less damage but you'll also do MORE damage.
2. Use Nul berries to keep the Guage from filling up. every time you enter a frenzy cloud or get it, it will fill up faster.
just these two things will turn Gore into a joke.
High rank has not been roughly the same through out the entire series. HR World was Substantially harder than wilds before the Iceborne ruined the entire balance of the game (yes, when iceborne came out, it effected BASE world.)
it's not the aggression, it's the Frenzy virus. if it didn't have that, people would be saying gore is easy. For some reason, they made it much harder to do enough damage to go into Immune state with the frenzy virus. so you need to eat nul berries WAAAY more often, especially sense it doesn't even clear half the guage.
You are completely dead wrong here. Lance has one of the best dodges in terms of invincibility frames and distance out of all the weapons. You can chain sidesteps and reorient yourself while you do it.
Oh wait I got blocked. The poor guy will never realize the full potential of the lance.
