Alégrate de que te haya salido un reto, sino no tendría gracia el juego.
Por cierto, te escribo en castellano debido al nombre.
They should nerf Yian Kut-Ku or make him the final monster!
Sounds like you've finally discovered a real MH challenge. Maybe try positioning better and learning its tells.
If you think he's hard wait until if they add its adult form which normally as fast are hard hitting as gore's enraged self...and has its own enrage to make it even more brutal.
He is not hard once you know how to fight him. (its easier to fight him up close as can dodge most of his damage).
If he enrages focus head to knock him out of it asap.
he is, functionally, just another in a long line of status monsters, his is somewhat unique, but the effect of "stops healing and damage downs" isn't really like, a major threat when you can easily remove it just by attacking anyway
"Game is too hard!"
I am using lance, his "elemental" attacks "chip damage" are completely overtuned, and the problem is that as a lance user you can't not block, you don't have a choice.
I had to stay under him most of the fight and allow either the NPC that helps you in that fight to tank him or the cat but never really be the main objective to him.
The damage he does is ridiculously overtunned, any of his attacks that come with a black flame attached to it, the normal ones are fine.
I don't care if you block me I post for myself and others not exactly to you to keep seeing the crap I post
Eh. I've farmed normal and tempered gore, with SnS, and I only block. As in, I play it like it's lance, stick to the mob and perfect guard counter everything. Gore is fine to play with SnS blocking. I think people are confused: if you block, you should aim for perfect block regardless of weapon. Normal blocking is not the goal... it's a failed perfect.
