The "farm" is in HR and there are these "gatherers" that head out and gather things passively while you hunt. You need to do Sidequests to unlock them though.

thanks guys.
there is no farm like in MH freedom and etc., but villagers from the different settlement will gather supplies from a later point in the story. After the story ends, Nata's role is to act as a middleman, providing access to traders and gatherers, without traveling to those settlements.

Honestly I miss having a Farm that can be developed and customised. In MH Freedom there was even a mysterious Cave, with a legendary sword that couldn't be lifted and was a pickaxe spot to gather endgame minerals.
material retriver is farm, except it garbage u need to spam rest over naturally gain it per quest

The developers made the poor decision of not including the Farm from World onward, and the reason for this is unknown. At least World had content that balanced out this choice, but Rise and Wilds have no excuses for this lack.

However, they had the time and resources to add useless and awful features like the Seikret.
