quick question does my secondary weapon decorations' stack even im not using it

i mean the ui in mhworld arevery clear with the display,. if you know what i mean, for example like the decoration you put in mantle, they distinguish it by grey it out the skills (put some indication),. while in wild it just straight up look like the usual thing so i assume

also the menu is and pop up are just soo messy and clutter,. my god i hate ts for the love of god it just ,mh rise all over again

No they don't.
If you actually open your skills menu with start, you can see that they change when swapping weapons.
