Can dual blades offset and/or power clash?
And if so, with what attack(s)?

Dual blades don't have an offset attack. Only weapons that can block can power clash, so not dual blades.
Nope, you have an iframe dodge that puts you into arch-demon mode (Glowing blue.)

dual blades are all about dodging. they don't have any guard or offset mechanics because they're a pure, no-frills DPS weapon. you want to focus on skills like evade window, the one that let's you stay powered up longer, and stuff like weakness exploit and elemental damage buffs.

If you perfect dodge, which is pretty generous, you get a buff where your dodges do damage and you're even more cracked out than usual. I think you need to be in demon mode when you dodge, you'll turn blue if you do it.
Thanks for the help folk, but I already noticed the arch-demon mode (the perfect dodge mechanic is pure dopamine for me ngl). Good to know there is no offset/guard mechanic for DB though.

This question came up because my perfect dodges would sometimes stagger the monster out of their attack, and I was wondering if that was an offset. seems it was confirmation bias and coincidence after all!
but in ultra instinct demon mode your dodge now gain an attack motion meaning you can stagger the monster during an attack and effectively interrupt it.
