Yes, Tempered Monsters are lazy design. I wish Tempered Monsters were more interesting than just increased statistics.

replaced? tempered and archtempered was a thing in worlds too... the dragons at release were the same as regular monsters..... I take an octopus boss everyday over teostra, kirin or the stupid wind dragon......

elder dragons are regular monsters that you cannot cage.... nothing more

they dropped tempered monsters really quick in wilds though coz they ran out of monsters

Literally when Rise and World came out everyone complained that they were recycling the same Elder Dragons.

Also Tempered monsters have been here for a while.
