Patch a couple days ago for REFramework fixes a pretty huge amount of the performance issues by disabling one of the layers of DRM (Capcom added three for some reason, and thats not even including Steam's built in DRM.)
Talk about priorities.
Btw people if you expect the game to be fixed in less than a week you're going to be disappointed.
Earliest we can hope for actual performance improvement will be Mizutsune patch and that if we're really lucky.
They pushed out the game unfinished to hit quarterly targets for their investors.
