They said AMD GPU.

Anyway, I suspect it has to do with AMD GPUs or RAM. I played just fine on my ROG Ally X until the first patch. Now I can't finish a hunt without a crash, sometimes even at startup. However, My 9800x3d, 4090, 128gb RAM desktop hasn't had a single crash in 35 hours.

On my desktop, at one point it was using 38GB of RAM. If you have less than 64GB, I'd check your page file size.

I'm playing without crashes on a 5800x3d and 6950xt driver 25.3.1 using atlasOS 24h2 with reframework, 1.2.3 dstorage and fixed config.ini.
AMD + AMD not even with the latest GPU driver and plays the game just fine without crash, performance is fked up however but stability wise, it's good on my end.

I never max out ram at 32gb, with very small pagefile. ;d
Try clearing shader cache on your rog, it should resolve your issue.
On windows is just clearing shader.cache and shader.cache2 from your monhun folder, not sure how it's handled on deck equivalent.

@op: it depends on what amd gpu. ;p
concerning AMD cpu, they are fine.
