Game no longer launches after update

Since this update the game will not launch to title screen and a crash report is generated. I have uninstalled the game & reinstalled with no success.

Has anyone else had similar issue and did you overcome it?

I have the same issues. But I was able to run it though by going into the files clicking on properties for MonsterHunterWilds.exe going to compatibility and running compatibility mode for Windows 8 but the game ran horribly.

Most people who described such in the past used mods.

Share a screenshot of your game's directory and a DxDiag report.

I had the same thing happen, tried lots of workarounds. Never had any mods installed. My ultimate solution was to refund the game, unfortunately. Hoping to come back and enjoy it when (if?) these technical issues get ironed out down the road.

go delete the monster hunter wilds folder. uninstalling it with steam doesn't remove everything. Then reinstall
