Quest icon in windward plains

Hello, does anyone know why a quest icon appears in camp on my minimap (only in windward plains) but when I go there or open the map, there isnt anything?

That marker is alma she always has it for me no matter the map

Yes, I finished all the quests in the region, they no longer show on the world map. But for some reason, i have that icon when i'm there

She offers quest, it is the quest book icon. You can take quest from here anywhere not just at camp. No idea why it only shows in the plains for you, for me it shows in all the maps, and I have done all side quest and optional quest and both event quest

Yeah i know, what i meant is that she had some side quests before and now she doesn't, that's why i'm confused about the quest icon

I had moments where I have to wait for them to come out. Zatoh tends to be my biggest offender for waiting on because he isn't always there and yet the world map tells me "He wants to talk to you!" and it isn't even about the big Meal either.

And I am an idiot I was looking at the wrong marker. I thought you meant the book icon thing above alma. That quest icon is indeed from an npc who is currently in a house or out of bounds area you can't go to and you must wait for them to show up

That's the thing, i've done all side quests in that area, there is no "someone wants to talk to you" on the world map

Look in your quest log thing and see if you have any active side quest other than that I would just assume its a visual bug

I don't have any active missions, it's probably just a visual bug, kinda bothers me lol

...Is it the icon for when the Support Ship is sitting "in port"? Check and see if it disappears during the downtime between supply cycles when the dude who sells from it has left.

If so, then it would be nice if it also vanished after buying out his entire stock so no time is wasted checking for new stuff.
