The lamest excuse ever to not include Elder Dragons. Almost all MH have no story focused on them and they still are in every single game as endgame unlockable monsters. This is the first in the whole franchise that haven't included them.
It just wasnt done through cutscenes for half of the games and through text....
It feels like they didn't try the game in multiplayer
Alone it's still a problem but way less than multiplayer since everyone can hit the monster while he is stun by the focus attack, i hope they will change that
Literally just complains about every capcom game since DMC V as if he can control how the company actually works.
I disagree, most MH have been focused on flagship monsters that are not elder dragons, and these ones appeared on the story but just at the end as "Well, so this was the actual problem", they even do the same here with Zou Shia and Jin Dahaad. Most ED have been added as end or extra secret bosses in every single game except this one.
But even if you were right, ofc they would not have a story focus if they are not in the game xD
Nergigante: The main Elder Dragon of Monster Hunter: World's story and one of the key antagonists.
Zorah Magdaros: Another Elder Dragon tied to the story progression but more of a unique encounter than a traditional Elder Dragon hunt.
Kushala Daora: Part of the game's main Elder Dragon roster, introduced once players progress far enough in the story.
Teostra: Another main Elder Dragon tied to the late stages of the game's progression.
Post-Launch Elder Dragons:
Vaal Hazak: Added in April 2018 as part of a free update.
Xeno'jiiva: This Elder Dragon was also part of the main storyline but wasn't initially available in free-roam hunting after completing the story. It was eventually included as a late-game Elder Dragon for extra hunts.
After Iceborne Expansion (2019):
Velkhana: Introduced in the Iceborne expansion, released in September 2019. Velkhana is an Ice-elemental Elder Dragon and is a central figure in the Iceborne story.
So, by the time of the initial launch of Monster Hunter: World and even through the Deviljho update, several Elder Dragons were part of the game, but the full roster (with some like Vaal Hazak) was gradually added in free updates leading into the Iceborne expansion.
Dont buy anythin from the game until they fix it. 0 money.
alone I kill 70 percent of the monsters around 3/6 min from all the content avaible rn.
the rest goes around 7/13 min. Alone. Playing alone is still a huge issue, along with extreme low enemy stats to compensate our huge dmg and stuns.
Put that in multiplayer this is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke.
The thing they forgot to construct was a satisfying endgame and difficulty.
Lagi was litterally mentioned early in Tri, Frenzy situation beccame known early in 4...
Elder crossing (world ) is litterally a tutorial quest
Rise's magnamelo was pretty early too.
MH4 did not have end game difficulty. 4U did.
Mh Tri also didnt. Tri U did.
So.. and so on...
You think freedom unite was special too? No it wasnt.
MH Dos and 1 didnt even have g rank on PS2. You dont even know how the IP has worked for since release.. MH1 G is a seperate game that is bassically the ultimate edition....
