Horrible stuttering since 3/4 update
Just wanted to post this to bring attention to the issue and see if anyone is experiencing the same. I've been playing the game on all high with FSR frame gen since launch and have been having a really good time on a 2080S, 16gb of ram and a r7 3700x, however since closing and updating my game on March 4th I have had insane stuttering whenever I launch.
I've deleted my shader cache, updated my drivers and tried using reframework (this helped but still is very rough). It's so bad it feels like it'd be better to just take a break from the game until things are more stable, if they ever become more stable. Just want to know if I'm the only one who's maintaining 90 fps and getting complete stops to my game for about a second every 5-10 seconds.

deleting your shader cache = reseting completely your graphics driver?
Im not sure if its the same thing, but I reset my graphics driver (rx7600) completely and after downloading it again it went up like 40 fps and all the flickering of textures were gone

you're not alone. The patch destroyed the performance for me as well. CPU usage is nearly twice as high and the gpu usage capped at 60-80% due to the high cpu usage
rtx 5080
ryzen 7 5800x
32gb 3600mhz
m.2 ssd

I'm seeing it on:
RTX 4070TiS
Ryzen 7 5700X3D
32GB
Installed on m.2
