And then everybody stood up and clapped!
Wounds are a big part of what makes Wilds so easy. You can stack up free insta staggers all over the place. Very frequently can get chain knockdowns. Have played mostly solo, but MP is mega easy. Most fights the monster barely gets to attack and are done in 5-10m. Yes, even tempered apex.
Looks something like: mount -> back and head wound -> power attack back -> knockdown and attack head -> focus strike head wound when it's starting to get back up -> paralyze -> knockdown -> shock trap -> wound strikes -> knockdown -> flees -> little more damage and cap in second area.
Though often enough you'll get knockdown -> knockdown and the thing gets bodied even harder.
if you cart on things that most people kill in 3 min or 9 max without even lost 50 percent of their hp, I think the lie lies elsewhere.
I hope so too, but it's going to be hard to fix with the wound system. It's just way too OP, they can fix some of the timings, damage numbers, etc, but being able to stagger things constantly like this means none of that is going to matter unless they figure something out with wounds.
I've had people ask "when does this game get hard?, who have never played any MH game before.
Tell them to go back to doing no-hit runs on Elden Ring?
What are you on about, World was a joke at launch too if not more lmao
I remember new people in world trashing the game so hard because they were dying and farming. They still do, but in the end half of the new ones enjoy it.
Wilds is all the contrary
Be sincere. you gotta be sincere.
