Tracer arrow binded to weapon sheath?

Is there some sort of trick to using this attack on keyboard? It says it's bound to 'E', which also draws/sheathes the weapon, so every time I try using it my bow gets sheathed and the move is unusable.

You gotta aim down your bow and hit E

That's what I'm doing. I have aim on hold and press E, resulting my weapon sheath. Could be a bug?

Yeah that might be a bug, try changing the keybind to smth that isn't used yet. Do you have other mouse buttons like M4 and M5 maybe?

Found out what's going on. Explanation is flawed. It's Charge up a shot, then press E to make it a tracer.
