Can you downgrade armor to get back armor spheres?

As you can tell from the title, I messed up.

You can get a partial refund on Artian materials by melting those weapons down; I'm not seeing a similar menu for armor, though.

Any unwanted crafting materials can be converted into spheres at the forge in Azuz, at least.

But don't worry too much, armor spheres are basically an infinitely renewable resource. Especially if you are not in the absolute end game.

You can just make as many as you want in the fire region by trading in unwanted materials, between the Everforge and the base camp

i dont think u can but u can trade for spheres or hunt tempered mons but it only drops like 1 per run i think
