Flickering Textures... But I NEED Compatibility Mode ON
Okay, so this is just going to be a quick forum post in hopes that some stranger/modder can help me out. Capcom unfortunately has put me in a dilemma where I have to choose the lesser of two evils. I need a fix for the Flickering Textures, and swapping off Compatibility mode isn't an option for me.

Context: I am able to run the game absolutely fantastically... ~160 FPS on MAX settings with Ray-Tracing turned OFF. Smooth gameplay, no stutters or fps drops. The problem is, ever since I arrived at the Oilwell Basin , my game has begun crashing every 10 seconds of loading in (if it even lets me load in at all). These crashes are completely out of nowhere, no FPS drops leading to the crash- I'll be in the middle of a fight and I'll just crash. Now, I tried every single imaginable fix and nothing worked (well one did but we'll get to that). After brute forcing myself through consistent crashes to get myself into High-Rank, I finally decided to contact support... AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A "ME" PROBLEM (And they've ghosted my reply email).

The only fix that did anything, was swapping to Compatibility Mode. I do get some stutters, but it feels like loading in more than anything, and im not a stickler who finds the occasional stutter inexcusable, and I rarely crash... problem fixed right? Not exactly.

An issue people have with Compatibility Mode is that it causes intense flickering textures (usually just terrain, but it seems to be any "rough surface") that I've affectionately begun to refer too as "Seizure Rocks". Now, it is commonly considered a fix to swap OFF Compatibility Mode than to be on it (which is more side-stepping the issue than fixing it imo), but seeing as this is the only way I am actually able to play, swapping off it isn't a choice unless Capcom decides to fix the crashes.

Now, I've not had a high-end PC for long, so im used to playing a typically beautiful game under ♥♥♥♥♥♥ circumstances- but playing with something i've begun calling Seizure Rocks is- as you would imagine - not the best to look at for long periods of time.

So I need either:
- A Fix to the constant crashing.
or
- A Fix to the stuttering textures.

In my mind, fixing the stuttering textures seems easier than the crashes... but idk, im not a code-ologist.

Are you running Windows Home version?
That is what I would guess is the origin of your issues.

I can offer you options

I recommend to try everything out, but mainly you want to check -based on what you wrote and described- the REFramework and core isolation tweak.

If the issue persists afterwards it is worth to check if you PC has another, unknown and undiscovered issue yet.

For that share a DxDiag report for analysis.

Thank you so much for helping out. Yeah, you're right on the money with the version im using. My operating system is Windows 10 Home. I've downloaded REFramework recently but I haven't had the chance to mess with any of it's settings yet. (I just downloaded the mod, so im sure its not them causing the issues).

Oh, and I already had Core Isolation turned off already.
