Pop Up Camps Resetting

I'm in Chapter 3-2 and took a breather between hunts to try to grind out the available apex monsters via joining SOS requests. After hunting for a few hours today, I decided to try to start my own optional quests, only to find that all of my pop-up camps on every map have reset -- they have all disappeared, and even the area 7 camp on the forest map has reappeared after I intentionally destroyed it to place a different one. What gives! Has anyone else seen this happen to them? Thankfully I still have the same amount of slots and all the found camp locations are still available, but this is such a pain.

monsters will attack camps bro. all you gotta do is talk to the cat at the base camp and he will show u a list of sites to put down if your camps are being destroyed find safer camp locations they are displayed on the right when talking to said cat

I'd think he would know if they were just destroyed.

This happened to me as well. I spent 2 hours setting up "safe" camps on every map. A bit later, camps were gone. They were not destroyed. Just gone as if I had never set them up.

It seems like this can happen even if you don't talk to him. Perhaps it happens if *anyone* talks to him?

I think it has something to do with some camp mods on nexus mods, So like if you join someone who has one of the mods that change the max camps, i think it resets other players. Ive had it happen 5 times total so far, and its quite annoying.

I've had this happen to me as well. We were just hanging out and talking about visual mods. I come to edit camp and find they're all set in different areas than how I set them.

We have a racecar as a mount, who cares. It takes 1 minute to get to EVERYWHERE on the map with GPS autodrive, so why bother.

Heh, I had a problem where I have max camps + 1 in every zone for no reason. Not sure if it was the "joined someone modding" or what. I'm scared to edit my camps cuz having an extra is kinda nice, although I am worried Capcom will get weird about people using camp mods and miss-flag me.
