Option to disable Latent Power and other buff glowing effects.

I think it is super annoying if I spend hours on changing and switching my outfit and color only to not be able to see it once i leave the tent because my entire character is a christmas light.

Especially with all the muted colours in areas it sometimes really breaks the emersion.

Please add an option to disable buff glows on characters.

There's a mod for that on Nexus, actually. Persistent Buff Glow Removal.
