Unlike Arkveld investigation that got filled within a MINUTE all the damn time.
I noticed it in PoE2 recently as a different genre for example, after a while tons of higher level players were constantly helping out other people with annoying bosses
I think most people are still trying to farm specific monsters or something they'll likely only browse through for flares that they can get something like materials out of
I feel this is quite possibly 50/50 oversimplification and over generalization. Think about it like this, if it helps:
Think of it like a party. If there are tons of parties happening (high player base), people have tons of choices, so yours might get overlooked (especially since there’s only so many quests that can show in the SOS finder).
If only a few parties are going on (low player base), people don’t have many options, so they’re more likely to show up at yours.
It’s not about how many people are around—it’s about how many other parties they can pick from, which are themselves limited in the SOS finder.
Not saying Nova is wrong, but it’s waaaaay soon in release to believe the “majority” is at endgame already. Maybe not. Though nothing quite fully supporting it (IMO of course).
Edit: I completely missed some contextual information, but I’ll leave my post for helping others, if it might. Apologies.
