Weapon build
Im now starting to crasft artian rarity8 and im asking myself about what is the best all around weapon (the do it all weapon). Would you guys make a paralyse weapon and stack sleep3, stun3 and paralyse3 decorations to it?

Those are not elements so they are likely to always be usefull.

Something will always have an immunity. So, no weapon will be perfect all the time. But, for general utility I would probably stick with paralyze. Sleep will wear off immediately on first hit, where as with para you can get additional attacks in.

eh, sleep can be good to if you watch your positioning and work around using environment damage for wake ups. para will be more reliable, but sleep can decimate. there's also an alert you can enable that will tell you if the monsters been put to sleep.
currently using blast to help with extra part break.

i have an artian lance with like 350 blast buildup, all the parts were Attack. the explosions kinda happen instantly on some parts but then eventually start taking a while before another explosion hits.
Why would you stack sleep on a para weapon? That's not how that works.
To get back to the question, I made a artian blast CB with crit status, crit eye and crit boost decos as well as the guardian arkveld set with weakness exploit charm

Everything is right in your statement, but i have 3 tier3 slots, so i can afford to stack more than paralyse. Im just wandering if it is worth, or maybe add some elements. But elements are more likely to be countered on regular basis.

You can't add elements through decos, decos only serve to enhance the element the weapon has innately. You can't have a weapon with more than 1 element or status

ya, blast artian weapon with 2x attack, 1x affinity parts. for the decos I'm using power prolonger, quickswitch, focus and handicraft but that's rather Switch Axe specific.
