Optimization mods

Is there any mods out a the moment that optimizes the game? I'm hearing capcoms anti-tampering tech is causing issues but i'm wanting to double check

every day theres new tweaks coming out yes, but i benefitted the most from this one i think
the great part is that i can apply bellow knowledge to other games too to make them look and run far better (like dragons dogma2 now running locked 60fps 1440p quality dlss/near max on rtx3060)

Yes. REFramework.
Alternatively use the Windows tweaks first
