Spent all that time and resources resting and reseting days just for the achievement not to click over.
Collected all items:

Large Goldenscale Vase
Thundering Fulgurite
Krano Pyrite
Queens Pollen
Gensis Opal
Antimite Mass
Bulky Treasure
Eternal Scarlet Amber
Great Windward Aloe
Time-Honed Wylk Gem

But unfortunately the achievement didnt register

only activated at 11 items, once collection Ephemeral Blossom

did you end up having all the items at once or just collected all of them at one point

All items were in my inventory, but didnt activate till i got the ephemeral.

Just spit balling a tad here, but perhaps you were temporarily offline when collecting one of the items so it didn't register for the achiviement?

Could off course also be slightly bugged so you need 11 items instead of 10.

I think there was a possibility that one of the 10 items didnt count to the total.
which is why i posted it.
I was online the whole time, doing all 10 items in the one session besides the quest item for alma
