How to accept this quest?

If you highlight tempered monsters on your map and press F, it will let you start a quest or save an investigation for later. I'm not sure if this works on Tempered Jin Dahad but it works on all other tempered monsters.

You can accept a quest from the map by selecting it, hitting confirm and then choosing field survey or investigation.

I haven't attempted it with Jin Dahad, but the way to create quests for other monsters is to open the map then Environment Overview and then click or press on the monster for the quest you wish to create.
