This Fish Won't Bite

I'm using the Duster Lure, and I've tried all the others, but this fish simply won't bite? Am I missing something?

Use Tuff Joint Bait
You can also try to lure it by pressing up and down

That fish is fun, Ive gotten it by throwing the bait in it's face and clicking down every 5-10 seconds to drag the lure. It uses Duster, not Tuff and won't jump out of the water forcing you to press R2.

I finally got it to bite using the Duster lure, but it went behind a rock and broke the line :( I guess this one is just harder to get to bite than the others. I'll get it eventually. Thanks for the answers!

same here, got all the other fish, but big gajau never bite.
doesnt matter if i use duster or tuff bait or how much i wiggle
