Cooking is worse than in World
Now that the ingredients actually get consumed it completely sucks, now you have to GRIND to get this stupid food buffs, the game doesn't even make it clear how to get this ingredients.

If you bother catching the bonus resource near some tent and trade them, your food stock will pile up faster than you can consume it. Also you can have free meal from villagers.

I was eating for 50 hours every 30 minutes and havnt farmed anything. If you dont have the ingredients for cooking you are definitely doing something wrong.
Both of you are blocked now.

You get them through trading, in HR you can do everything through Nata, while you're running around look for the special harvestables that aren't Ore or Bonepiles and you should get plenty of trade-ins, failing that just use rations, they last 30 minutes, sure they don't have buffs but they still boost your hp and stamina.

Good Luck and Happy Hunting

Blocking someone for actually giving good advice only makes you look bad. Bunnybunny gave very good advice, catching resources near tents and villagers can give you free meals. Just because you don't like how it counters your point doesn't make it invalid.

Blocking them doesn't remove their posts from the thread either so anyone reading this can see their posts and how you reacted to them.

why need food buffs if the game is easy?
I miss this little mini game where you roast meat.
ration only meals are literally fine and practically infinite, save your ingredients for if/when they add hard content that actually needs it and forget about it, i don't think it could be less of a big deal but that's just me

it's there. just open your portable grill during a quest and select cook meat instead of meal
