As said yes it's an "old" card from 2020, but considering the shortage back then, most people could actually get a series 30 like 1+ years later. Still, it's perfectly capable on running many modern games on High/Ultra settings, it's only a matter of optimisation on their end. This game... ehhhh. Doesn't look too optimised tbh.
I get 16275, 96.20 fps, 1440p, all max setting even raytracing, framegen and render quality
It shortly drops to 59fps for a millisecond at the desert scene but other than that its always over 60. So..YES... you are cooked. Might be time for a new cpu.
