Monster Hunter Wilds

Series becoming less about the Hunt
was hoping this title would be more hunt, less QOL game-plays-itself.

Sorry dude if you want those old days they'l never come again only thing you can do is go play old game's or purposely chose not to use the new mechanics like I played all of Wolrd and Iceborn without the Clutch claw because I felt it made the game to easy.

eh, leaves a gap in the market for some other company to fill.
Wilds still looks good, just airing a grievance.

MH World sold too well for MH Team to go back to old-school style gameplay. Shame, really. MHGU is still the peak of MH games.

O I love some GU I've been playing that through emulation at 4K 60fps on a 50inchTV it's glorious.
Seems like to me they are taking out the "hunt for materials" so you can hunt the monsters more, I'm sure gathering runs will still happen a little for the truly dedicated players who wanna min-max but I welcome the QOL from old titles where my tools were limited and broke lol

I do not want that back haha both world and Rise have good passive systems that are good they don't need to make it much better, just a way to procure some more common items passively was fine though.
"plays itself"

Oh no, the mount goes where i place a marker, without my constant input! How awful.

Get out Clown. lmao.
I never enjoyed walking around clicking on green blobs, felt more like a waste of time than hunting a monster.
