A big problem I've noticed in this game is people are trying to run the game at higher resolutions than 1080 with subpar specs and then not understanding the issue.
Best to just ignore these forums, I don't even know why I keep coming here.
As for the Steam forum and its population...its never been good, and yes its getting worse. My block list is in the thousands, and it keeps growing. People need to learn that block is a thing.
Gonna save your profile link, and when this game releases, im gonna see you are playing it.
Mark my words.
Then do that, and stop posting in here. We cant help you, at all. Enjoy the other games, also good games.
You are done here.
Other games took this same approach and ended up in the same boat. Immortals of Aveum, Remnant II, Dragon's Dogma 2, possibly STALKER 2 even.
Is it playable sure. Does it look good ehh I don't hate the way it looks but I find it disappointing compared to world it isn't much of a graphical upgrade. I will be playing the game on release I haven't missed a single us monster hunter release starting with the first one but this game is still a terrible omen for the future of pc gaming as a whole.
you say since FU, but every game up to World was 30FPS... and then World was 30FPS on Consoles... Pretty sure Rise was also 30FPS on Switch
Wilds will also be 30FPS on Consoles.
they're very obviously targeting "very pretty game that runs at 30 FPS" as they always have been and then people are going "what do you mean the game targets 30 fps?????" when this has always been the case...
this isn't a "bad omen for pc gaming", monster hunter has literally always been like this
i'm sure it will improve, as it already *has* between the beta and benchmark
Looks maybe 5% better than MHWI at max settings, 100% worse at the settings most people will play it at, and the gameplay is also much worse than World, all while having garbage performance on the most common hardware out there.
A rig that could play MHWI at Ultra, High Res Textures, at over 120 FPS is stuck using upscaling and Frame gen in MHWds.
