I can run almost any game in this earth at ultra and still get low fps on the benchmark
I will say that the game looks incredibly blurry and fuzzy with just DLSS, but once you also turn on FrameGen the game starts looking normal (obviously it also does that if you just turn off DLSS but then you have no fps).
It's never going to be optimised. The RE Engine doesn't work well for this sort of open world; I suspect they only found out after they went back to sort out Dragon's Dogma 2 and discovered they couldn't.
Just got to brute force it.
Those are JOKE/BUDGET Cards, they are made for vanilla minecraft and little children
