charms or Talismans?

Is the game going to have craftable charms like world or slot machine gambling talismans like Rise? I could only find that the decorations will be craftable online. I hated the talisman system in rise so I pray that isnt coming back where you had like a 1/10000000 chance to get the specific talisman you want

Well in the preorder stuff there is what looks like a charm from MH World below the costume you get, so I am guessing charms are here.
