Pretty sure Capcom said we'll be able to individually buy the items later, at that point you could just pick out the items you want(although the ones I saw look like grabo).
What outfit was that?
anyways

everything in deluxe can be purchased afterwards same with the premium bonus and same for the cosmetic packs.
The ONLY thing that seems exclusive is the pre-order outfit
Considering the abysmal optimization/performance.
The performance is an issue on a case by case basis. If the beta runs well for people, they should have zero fear pre-ordering. And I get above 60fps so I don't care.
If you have a high end system then I am not doubting it.
Everyone else (which will be the majority) will have poor performance & sh1tty looking graphics though.
Most people will have to play on low settings, 1080p & will have to rely on upscaling (perhaps even framegen too, which will add a lot of input latency & is basically just an illusion of higher framerates).
As for the outfit, I don't recall the name, but it looked so dope. Had a wide rice hat or whatever they're called.
The flickering could be due to screen space reflections by the way, hard to tell without any video footage though.
I honestly don't see what's the fuss about having games run over 60 fps. I'm fine with 55-60, as long as it doesn't drop below 45 to 30, then it become an issue. 120 FPS is over-the-top for me personally. Besides, I have no eff you cash laying around (despite having a job, bills come first) to upgrade to 4090 anyway - I'd have to change power supply, motherboard and CPU, so 55 frames suit me just fine.
