Is wilds feel like little mobile game?
I killed few monsters on beta but i dont know i feel like wilds is downgrade to world. I played 340 hours on world. I did not play rise because it was the game for small screens and i feel wilds is the same or is it only me ?

It's just you.
but is not character view too close. I hardly catched what my team members were doing while hunting a monster but on the worlds i can totally see what they are doing etc clearly i do not know maybe i am aged :D
Set to ultra wide aspect ratio, you get a better wide angle view option that is missing here.
I use the 21:9 ultra wide in Outlaws and Indiana Jones, like the extra wideness, don't mind the black bars above and top. 16:9 monitor.

There's literally an option to zoom out in Camera settings.

RE Engine itself is fine (i mean its been used since 2017 or so).

Issue people have with it is DD2 & Wilds showing it is not made for large open world games as it is too taxing on requirements (which negatively impact performance).

Phone would be impossible to run wilds regardless as requirements to run it are way ahead of any mobile device (even ps5 & steamdeck style handhelds are having it rough)
