Report a translation problem
The question is, what CPU are you bundled with? That seem to also have a lot of impact at the performance (next to having more then 8GB of VRAM on the GPU).

But lets be honest, mobile hardware always is a huge dealbreaker for many games.
You can always use the frame generation, in my case I have not noticed anything strange, any type of input lag, I was even looking at it with the Nvidia app and at most it amounted to 35-36 in very critical situations, something that I doubt you will notice when you are playing. It is true that it is not the optimal solution, but at least you can have a good experience while Capcom finishes solving the problems of this game.
