Can we play multiplayer at Beta Test?

yes you can. Make a Link party, and then do a environment link so you both can run around the same area, the downside is you cannot take quests from the quest board in a enviroment link, but I think in a party link, you can start a quest, ally can accept it and it'll auto move you to the hosts world for the quest.... I think. Its honestly really jank how they do the multiplayer in Wilds to be honest, its way over complacated than it needs to or should be.

You could always just go the private lobby route. Make a private lobby, you'll be given an 8 letter/digit code. Share that with the friend on Steam/discord and they can join the private lobby directly. From there you can add each other and play quests together. You can also post the quests without worry of anyone joining.

Unless of course you send out an SOS flore, then maybe people can still join even if it's a private lobby? I dunno, possibly. Might depend on your matchmaking settings.
