Rich people need to stop being ignorant and the rest of us need to fight against being ripped off in performance. Every issue with current games: UE5 features such as nanite and Lumen are harming performance instead of helping in many game implementations, TAA is being used to hide visual artifacts with overly softened image, shader comp steps are becoming common but games still suffer from stutters, it's still too early for RT to be the norm and
nvidia AI tools are being used as a plug and play optimizational crutch.
In terms of hardware: Nvidia drops their GPU's like Nike drops Jordans. Limited release waves that are bulk bought by scalpers, AI researchers and crypto farmers,
Try updating your drivers as I get a performance boost from doing that.

I ran the benchmark and scored 25105 with average FPS of 73.70.
Lowest FPS: 45
Highest FPS: 103
CPU hottest temp: 84
GPU hottest temp: 66
Noticed I had a driver update available for the GPU, so updated that and ran the benchmark again, same settings:
Lowest FPS: 47
Highest FPS: 106
CPU hotest temp: 86
GPU hotest temp: (HWMonitor stopped recording my GPU temps for some reason. After the benchmark completed and I restarted HWMonitor, GPU was at 70)
Score: 26404
Average FPS: 77.31
Ran it again, with Ray tracing set to high, everything else the same:
Lowest FPS: 51
Highest FPS: 113
CPU hottest temp: 88.5
GPU hottest temp: 72.5
Score: 26300
Average FPS: 77.13
Ran it again, without DLSS, since you didn't, same settings, ray tracing high:
Lowest FPS: 42
Highest FPS: 89
CPU hottest temp: 85.8
GPU hottest temp: 78.5
Score: 20576
Average FPS: 60.31
Ran it again, without DLSS, since you didn't, same settings, ray tracing Medium:
Lowest FPS: 41
Highest FPS: 91
CPU hottest temp: 88
GPU hottest temp: 79.4

Average FPS: 60.53
Well, I am just using the default High settings at 4K not 2K and I am getting...

As an FYI, there's a driver update for your GPU. The current one is 572.16, it made a difference for me (see my other response in this thread). Granted it only added about average FPS increase of 4, and somehow increased my score by 1300 points. It did help though.
Thanks! I really should turn on auto updates for my NVIDIA drivers. Although, getting avg 60 FPS running at 3840x2160 is VERY playable, I am used to running Ark Ascended at maybe 30FPS at 1080p so not complaining for sure!
This is such a thing though, people will spend $600-750 every 4-5 years on a new console, but expect their $800 PC to last them 10 years.
If people spent $500 on their pc every 4-5 years they'd be great
Vote with your wallet. Don't buy the game until it's fixed.
