generally speaking, if you miss a beta, that's a "too bad, so sad" kinda situation
I'd rather they just focus on improving the game instead of just releasing the beta AGAIN to piss away any good faith they may have had from those who already pre-ordered and were hoping for a better optimized experience
also, we have more important things to worry about here than hitstop on weapons
yeah, sure, they improved that, great
it doesn't mean a damn thing if the game runs like ass though, does it?
Whats the perf like on medium preset with textures and AF bumped? I get 60fps native 4k no frame gen or DLSS on my 4080, you should be similar
How is "2k" = they have no idea what they're talking about
2k is 1440p.
That they didn't plan a second beta is idiots. There should be more than one beta test to get feedback from players after the first beta fix.
If they can't make it, they should delay the game, not rush to sell. Rushing to sell often leads to more disaster than it's worth.
If you aren't that much into it then go ahead and don't pre-order, I mean it's not like they can run out of copy of the game
Just wait. Pre-ordering is so unnecessary. What benefit do you gain that makes it worth it?
You don't need to play day 1 on the minute it drops. That's just FOMO talking. The game will run better, play better, and be cheaper in 3-6 months from now, with more content. It's Monster Hunter, the community will be around for the next 5+ years.
"Hey, remember those plans you made with your friends? Yeah, don't do that. You can wait, bro."
Such a dumb mentality, lol. Just because you can wait 3-6 months before playing doesn't mean that's an optimal solution. You have no idea what games are coming out in that timeframe/what they'll be playing then or what plans they have (either taking off work, hanging out with friends when the game drops, etc.).
Also, telling someone to wait MONTHS instead of holding the company accountable for poor optimization is just wack, tbh. It's not FOMO, bro. We just expect a quality product here.
It's not like this is their first game OR their first Monster Hunter for crying out loud. Stop making excuses for them and defending this behavior.
If you lack the money and hardware waiting is the best solution.
What are you going to do to Capcom to force them to optimize their game better? Spank them?
Keep yelling at clouds.
Sadly that's not the case we all know this is gonna sell a lot and stay badly optimised for a while since the pressure for money was already lost with the pre-orders and FOMO 1st day players
