modding was a big problem with mh world where ppl would just mod in the best jewels which completely defeated the purpose of the grind and endgame.

completely goes against the spirit of monster hunter as a franchise.

The rest is the 'cheater's' problem, wether they do it for replayability or not. They only have themselfs with it.

Bet you would lose enjoyment even more if you had to grind for over 2000 hours for a single minds eye deco like i had to on ps4. While i wouldnt mod to gain materials, i understand why people did in world.

But thats a you problem. Its not theyr problem. If they get more replayability out of it, then they should, cause you play games for replayability like these. It's not just about 'grinding'.

If you want grinds, go play chinese mmo's for those two socket weapon drops... XD

I honestly dont care if others finally 'cheat' a deco in they have saught for ages.

You dont earn anything btw.

Save game editing was a thing on PS2 too, and no, that did not get you banned. What got you banned was using stuff like actionreplay to edit the ps2's ram online and do stuff.

Also, you dont really get to say 'It is over'. Now you sound like the anti mantle guy from world forum.
