4060 ti (LOL) has some serious issues, and the biggest issue that people who own misunderstand that your GPU is not capable for 1440p gaming.

Was 4070 sold out, when you got your 4060 ti?

first off i'm going to tell you this, 4060ti (16gb) does just fine at 1440p i run every game over 60fps and a decent amount of games at over 100fps like cyberpunk at max settings, don't tell me how bad my gpu is you're comparing it to objectively better hardware so duh it's going to look like garbage in that context it's a good card for what it is and i only spent ~300 something dollars for it, my old gpu was a 1080, not even the 1080ti and i've been short on funds for a little while so the 4060ti(16gb) is perfect for what I do and the price was reasonable, if the 4060ti didnt have a 16gb vram version i'd have never bought it, once i run into more money i fully intend on getting a better card so do not sit here and tell me how well MY card that I use runs because IM the one whos actually seeing how well it runs it does perfectly fine at 1440p I'VE seen it do over 60fps consistantly at 1440p and sometimes consistantly over 100fps so if you want to argue about how i'm wrong i will not respond to you beyond this reply, that being said i got it a few months ago i dont have a lot of money to work with i needed an upgrade and this was in my price range it does what i needed it to do i will upgrade when i can afford it but this card is 100% ok for the price i bought it for, no ifs ands or buts im not comparing it to other cards because DUH the 4070 and up are better

Cyberpunk with DLSS, right? It makes such a misunderstanding how to describe "max settings".
No Frame gen= 28896 in score and 84.73 fps average
With Frame gen= 24640 in score and 144.47 fps average

This is on 1440p max settings without raytracing using a Ryzen 9 5950x CPU, and Rx 7900xtx GPU

after some quick research from what i can tell it's roughly a little better than mine and for roughly the same price, nice
Just ran the bench. Got 21963.

1440p, No Frame Gen, No Upscaling and using FXAA + TAA.
Everything else was set to the highest settings.

Average of 65 FPS with some dips to the high forties during the storm and village sections.
In the desert it could reach 90fps.

7800XT and a Ryzen 5 7600X
OG 4060/Ryzen 7 7700 @ 1080p on linux with no fake frames did 19583 on medium with some minor stuff (LOD, motion blur) turned down or off. Looked mostly fine other than some artifacting approaching the town section. Drops pretty hard in the town section proper, into the 40fps range in spots though

A little better??

LOL

One that has the score of your 1080p result for 1440p.

4060 ti = 1080p score 21600
7800 xt = 1440p score 24000

A huuuuuuge difference!

I think the best way to describe it, is it's AMD's equivalent to the 4080 Super except it has 4070 ti level raytracing

The scores are pointless. Half the benchmark is cutscene padding out the average FPS. More like post FPS during Savannah.

Am i Cooked:

Score = 19899
Average = 61.66 fps (i dont think this is reliable at all)

Specs:
1920 x 1080p
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Nvidia RTX 3070ti
16 GB ram DDR4
Latest nvidia drivers installed
DLSS enabled
Custom graphic settings, but close to high, but lowered a few settings from there

I wonder if my CPU is bottlenecking hard here, any advice from anyone? Do i need to provide more specs. let me know thanks.

Yes you have one point, but the same cutscene that 4060 ti (with whatever vram) performs so poorly can tell us about how overpriced garbage that nvidia released for entry level.

And a sad thing is that people are without any objective advices, even consider 4060ti (in my opinion, a piece of junk only good for 1080p gaming) as a 1440p gaming GPU.

That is how bad 4060 and 4060 ti really are.

Stick to 1080p gaming. Period.
5900x | 4080 Super | 64GB 3600 | 3440x1440

DLSS Q/No Frame Gen/Ultra/No Ray Tracing
29765
87.51

DLSS Q/Frame Gen/Ultra/No Ray Tracing
23435
137.28

I ran it with FPS monitor and 1% lows (because of Savanna) were as low as 39 YEEEIKES.
