A higher number means nothing if it is fake. I'll just glue a note on the corner of my screen that says 420 fps
Idiots are trying hard to run, and they get what they deserve. They learned nothing during beta test, and they cannot even run the benchmark.
Education is a good way to optimize your mindset. And this post is a kind warning to all nvidia's useless idiots, who have got already outdated garbage known as rtx 30 series or below.
but don't give up hope, they already said they are potentially bringing frame gen to the older series.
Sicne nvidia has not provided anything other than 40 series exclusive dlss 3.5 for this particular title, while radeon is a key figure for both PS and XBox consoles, so that there must be only hope for nvidia users.
But I doubt it.
Recent nvidia game driver updates have been rather disastrous. Not sure if they will provide anything rather than dlss 3.5, which automatically disqualifies all older nvidia GPUs in prior to 40 series. Even if you have 3080 or 3090, you must stick to 1080p. That sucks.
4K resolution.
Getting avg 63 FPS on high settings, WITHOUT frame generation.
With it, i get slightly more, but the game looks way worse, with artificating when there's fast movement.
So frame generation is awful imo. i won't use it.
