i didnt time it exactly but with my 5700x and 4070 it likely took 10mins+. i switched over to tv while it did its thing.
certainly the longest time ive had to wait
Perhaps they're being extremely thorough and insuring all potential shaders, no matter how minor or quick they are to initiate, to be compiled to prevent stuttering.
Maybe this is a move from Capcom to avoid CPU errors and take the shader compilation lightly on the Intel 13-14th gen CPUs.
